Not long to go until Eliza Marsland become a first-time mummy! The actress celebrated the imminent arrival of her child with a baby shower at the weekend – and sending her love and best wishes on her special day was close friend Michelle Keegan. Michelle was unfortunately unable to attend the party, but posted a sweet message on Twitter for her pregnant pal.  "Hope @littlepintsize is having an amazing day at her baby shower. Wish I was there with you and the girls! Xxx," she wrote.

Eliza's pregnancy came just a few months after she tied the knot with Emmerdale actor Kelvin Fletcher. Although there was no official announcement, Eliza has shared a handful of photos with fans showing her growing baby bump. "Trying my hardest to work the pregnancy pose and @kelvin-fletcher just kills the picture. #soontobe3ofus," she wrote alongside one showing the couple posing tummy-to-tummy.

Just two weeks ago, she shared a snapshot of husband and wife at the Chester Races, joking that they were "treating the bump to some vip action".

Eliza and Kevin were married in a romantic wedding ceremony in November last year, in front of guests including Michelle, and his Emmerdale co-stars. Speaking exclusively to HELLO!, Kelvin said he felt "complete" after marrying the girl of his dreams.

"I knew I wanted to marry Liz the day I met her. Deep down I knew she was The One," said the 31-year-old actor, who plays Andy Sugden in the long-running soap.

"The image of Liz coming towards me up the aisle will live with me forever. She took my breath away. She looked so beautiful."

The proud groom added: "We didn't need a piece of paper to prove anything because we know we love each other. But now that it's here, it feels so right," he added. "Marriage completes us."
