Tanya Bardsley couldn't be more excited about the arrival of baby number four. The Real Housewives of Cheshire star admitted to HELLO! Online that she was feeling "fed up" of being heavily pregnant and more than ready to welcome the newest addition to the family – another baby boy.

Not that her pregnancy has slowed her down at all; Tanya has continued to film her role for the successful ITVBe reality show, as well as running her life coaching business and caring for her three children Gabriella, Rocco and Renz.

So what can we expect from her in the upcoming fourth series of Real Housewives? "My hormones have calmed down, and I'm just about holding on to my friends but it's just all about the baby for me at the minute," Tanya explained.

The 34-year-old, who is married to Stoke City footballer Phil Bardsley, also said her pregnancy has been completely different this time around due to being kept so busy as a working mum.

"When you have your first one you can just sleep all day and rest and it's all lovely and it's none of that," she said. "These young kids they don't care if you're pregnant or not, they want looking after."

Nonetheless she still found time to celebrate with a baby shower. "That was a really good day," she reminisced. "All my family and friends joined me, it was really lovely."

Now with her baby due any day, Tanya has been busy making preparations for the new arrival, including trying hypnobirthing.

"My other births were really painful so I'm trying a different way and hopefully it won't be as traumatic this time," Tanya told HELLO! Online.

However although she is a fan of the celebrity-approved hypnobirthing technique, she won't be following in the footsteps of Jamie Oliver - whose eldest daughters cut their newborn brother's umbilical cord - by allowing her daughter Gabriella to play a part in the birth.

"Oh God, she'd be sick she wouldn't want to. She's at that teenage stage she's not interested," Tanya confided.

While the life coach had previously weighed up the possibility of filming her labour for the reality TV show, she has since decided that they will film their newborn's return to the family home instead.

"I would have done it but my husband doesn't want to, he's quite a private person and I'm an over sharer. We will film him coming home from the hospital."

The Real Housewives of Cheshire returns to ITVBe in September.
