Helen Skelton-Myler has revealed it's highly likely her rugby league husband Richie will miss the birth of their second child, which is due in April. The TV presenter - who moved to Perpignan, France from Cheshire in 2015 - confessed she might go into labour when Richie has to play back in England. Speaking with HELLO! Magazine, she explained: "Unlike the first time around, I won't have my mum nearby to help me out, so Rich and I will have to juggle things. There's a good chance he might miss the birth because he has away games in England every other weekend, so my friends are on standby to be my birth partner if needs be. I am very grateful for that."

The 33-year-old, who also shares 19-month old son Ernie with her partner, also discussed the challenges and sacrifices she's faced since becoming a mother. "I was always one of those people who said having children wouldn't change me, but life is different once you have a child. If my friends want to meet for a drink or go to the gym after work, that's bedtime, storytime, bathtime for me. But that doesn't mean I don't want to do those things."

Last month, Helen made headlines when she revealed that her son had been asked to leave a playgroup because of his tantrum. She had written a couple of candid Instagram posts, saying her son Ernie had "screamed the place down" and they were asked to leave after 20 minutes. "Worst day of my parenting life," she tweeted. "Asked to leave after 20 mins. Screamed the place down screaming his version of "mama let's go!" Constantly. #parentfail #kidswinning #mumfail #childcare."

Her followers reached out to her, with one writing: "It's all part of the tough job that we have as parents... but we are equally fortunate to have such a great job. Take strength from all of us who say it's normal... tomorrow is another day." Another follower wrote: "Not a mum fail at all. Gosh it's so hard. My little boy still has a few tears nearly 3 years on. Think you're doing amazingly well juggling everything. There will be better days ahead.... X."
