Frankie Bridge gave fans a rare insight into family life on Thursday when she took to Instagram to share a photo of herself twinning with sons Parker and Carter. The 28-year-old singer uploaded an image taken in her kitchen at home showing her and her boys all in matching stripy tops. "When you subconsciously dress the same as your kids," Frankie wrote alongside. "My little bears… #boys #mum #worldstripeday #messytoys."

Parker and Carter are Frankie's two children with husband Wayne Bridge. She tied the knot with the former footballer in July 2014. Son Parker was born in October 2013, followed by Carter in August 2-15. In a recent interview with HELLO! Online, Frankie revealed the most important thing she has learned from motherhood. "Just to stress less," the former Saturdays star confided. “It sounds stupid because you would have thought it goes the opposite way, but I've always been such an anxious person, I overthink everything. I'm always worrying about everyone and everything and actually, it's gone the opposite way since I've had children."

She continued: "You don't have control over everything. Obviously I want the best for the boys and I worry about them, but you just can't stress too much. It takes less of the heat off yourself because you think less about yourself and what's going on in your life and more about theirs."

Last month, Frankie took part in a moving new video on motherhood, complied by Giovanna Fletcher. The author asked mums around the world to reveal what it means to be a mother, what’s changed since having children and what makes mums happy – and among those who sent in their responses were Frankie and Kimberley Walsh. Kimberley, who is the proud mum to newborn baby Cole and two-year-old son Bobby, said she was most happy when "both of my children nap at the same time". The Girls Aloud singer also admitted that being a mum meant "being covered in various bodily fluids from my children at the end of every day". Meanwhile Frankie described her love for her children. "It's almost overwhelming," she said. "It's like a scary love, to love something that much."
