Interest has been so high across the pond in the wake of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher mentioning her on their Twitter accounts, Susan was invited to appear on breakfast show Good Morning America.

Speaking by satellite from Britain, Susan who is expected to sing Whistle Down The Wind in the next stage of the competition - told host Diane Sawyer, "I can't really believe this is happening."

Simon had some more good news to share this week about her prospects in the US. "She just had an offer from Oprah to do her show," he said. "If she went on Oprah I think there's every chance of a number one album in America. I will predict that."

Already the favourite to win Britain's Got Talent, Susan - whose performance has now racked up an incredible 12 million hits on YouTube is expected to follow in the footsteps of former mobile phone salesman Paul Potts, who fulfilled his dream of becoming an opera singer after winning the first series of the show.
