There's cause for celebration in the HELLO! family as this year draws to a close – our Spanish sister publication ¡HOLA! has won top iPad app of 2012!The application for iPad was launched at the start of the year, and quickly became popular with tech-savvy celebrity fans, who are able to see exclusive videos and special never before published photos through the app.
¡HOLA!'s effort was chosen by Apple over other Spanish finalists Bad Piggies HD – an Angry Birds spin off game and Paper – an app which turns the iPad into a sketch book. The latter came out top in the UK, with Green Kitchen - a recipe app for vegetarians, being named the runner up.Britain-based iPad owners can download the HELLO! app – the UK version of the ¡HOLA! offering, to keep up to date with all the star and royal news from Britain's leading weekly celebrity and lifestyle magazine.
