By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to participating in Virgin Holidays Contest (the ''Contest''. By participating in the Contest each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions.1. Eligibility for Participation: The Contest is only open to individuals (referred to as ''Participants'') Participants must be (i) a resident of the United Kingdom and (ii) over 18 years of age. Participants can only enter the contest once. By entering the Participant will be eligible to win a 7 night holiday prize to Mexico. VIRGIN HOLIDAYS FAMILY employees and their immediate family are not permitted to enter the Contest.2. Participation Period: The Contest is open for participation from 18 June, 2014 until 22 June 2014.4. Winner is announced: The winner will be informed on 25 June 2014. The Winner will be notified via telephone, post and/or email. If the winner does not respond after two weeks, a new winner will be chosen.5. The Prizes: A 7 night holiday for 2 people staying at a hotel within one of the following resorts: Secrets Resort & Spa, Dreams Resort & Spa or Now Resort & Spa. Prize includes return economy flights with Virgin Atlantic London Gatwick. All accommodation is for one standard room on an All Inclusive basis. Flights cannot be upgraded and you cannot collect air miles with this fare. There is no monetary value of this prize and it is non changeable and non transferable. Travel insurance and transfers are not included. The holiday is subject to availability and Virgin Holidays standard booking conditions. The holiday prize excludes travel during Christmas, New Years, Easter and Thanksgiving. The holiday must be booked within 6 weeks of the winner being announced and needs to be booked at least 12 weeks in advance of travel. The prize must be redeemed by 22 June ’15. If the chosen hotel is not available at the time of booking Virgin Holidays reserves the right to offer an alternative hotel.6. Selecting winners: To win a 7 night holiday to Mexico, the participant must be selected by the Virgin Holidays. The jury will collectively decide on the winning entry. The prize winner may be required to take part in additional promotional activity as a result of winning a 7 night holiday to Mexico.7. Contest organizer: The Contest is organized by Virgin Holidays.8. Personal Data: By participating in the Contest the Participants hereby consent to their entries and name of Participants being processed by Virgin Holidays for the sole purpose of running and administering the contest. This data will be deleted once the contest is over and the winners have been picked. The Participant entering the competition is responsible for ensuring that he has the right to do so and that the individuals referred to in the material consents to these terms and conditions and to the material being used.9. Content policy: Virgin Holidays reserve the right to reject entries to the Contest: All Entries into the Contest are subject to Virgin Holidays' approval. All entries that are deemed inappropriate and/or offensive will not be considered. Virgin Holidays reserve all rights to decide what is considered inappropriate and/or offensive. In addition, in the event that a profile or entry is determined by Virgin Holidays, in its sole discretion, to infringe on the intellectual property of any third party Virgin Holidays may likewise reject the entry.10. Virgin Holidays is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible or incomplete entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, caused by any causes beyond the control of Virgin Holidays which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Virgin Holidays reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and/or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.11. Virgin Holidays reserves the right to (i) withdraw the competition (ii) cancel or change the promotion, (iii) cancel or refuse any individual's entry and (iv) amend these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances make this necessary.12. Virgin Holidays reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person or contestant.13. Virgin Holidays is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Contest. Virgin Holidays is not responsible for any injury or damage to any Participant or to any computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with this contest.14. This Contest shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
