On joining the BAFTA-winning reality show which follows London's social elite, HELLO! Online blogger Lucy instantly made her mark.

In series four, she secured a place as one of MIC's most memorable cast members by getting caught up in a love triangle with Spencer Matthews and Louise Thompson.

Lucy inadvertently created another talking point when she asked during one heated scene: "Why is everybody getting up in my grill?"

Street slang coming from a Chelsea girl caused a stir amongst the viewers and a Twitter account was even created called 'LucyWatsonGrill'.

Never afraid to speak her mind both on screen and off, she got off to a rocky start with her cast mates. But two series later, the fearless brunette started to feel like one of the family.

"The girls are warming to me a little bit. I'm more one of the girls now than just, like, one of the boys". This has been reflected in her close friendship with Binky Felstead, who described Lucy as "lovely" and "misunderstood".

Fans of the show are also coming on side. Her Twitter account has more than 485,000 followers, while the hashtag #TeamWatson is often a trending topic when it comes to her rivalry with Phoebe-Lettice Thompson.

In the fifth series in 2013, she began dating fellow cast mate Spencer. Despite the Chelsea playboy's reputation as a womaniser, they fell in love and were rarely seen apart, making their first public appearance as a couple at the BAFTA awards in May.

Lucy warned her new boyfriend that she wouldn't be a pushover. So two months later when she received a tweet warning her that Spencer had been unfaithful during a holiday, she ended the relationship.

Opening up about her feelings and revealing her vulnerable side, she admitted that the break-up has been difficult because "when you fall for someone like that, you've been in a very intense relationship, the feelings never completely go away".

Since then Lucy has been romantically linked to Jamie Laing. Fans of the show have followed the pair avidly because Jamie was getting close to Phoebe-Lettice Thompson at the same time, fuelling a feud between the girls and a new love triangle.

However, the outspoken beauty is not letting herself be defined by her love life. As well as blogging for HELLO!, she has become the face of several fashion campaigns.

Often sharing her outfits on Instagram, she has gained a large fashion following and can often be spotted in the style pages. Asked about her future plans, the pretty Londoner expressed an interest in becoming more involved in the creative process behind fashion collections.
