Swansea-born Rob Brydon found fame later in life, when, aged 35, his self-penned series Marion & Geoff - in which he played doleful taxi driver Keith Barret - became a cult hit. His other notable small-screen comedy roles include middle-aged singleton Bryn West in Gavin & Stacey, while he's also featured in Little Britain, Black Books and I'm Alan Partridge. Rob is known for his versatile voice - in his school days he used it to make friends laugh with impressions of teachers and, aged 20, it helped land him a job at BBC Wales as a radio presenter, a post he left the Welsh College Of Music And Drama to take up. The actor has also tried his hand at big-screen drama, appearing in Guy Ritchie's Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels and 24 Hour Party People. Rob lives in London with his second wife, TV producer Claire Holland, and their son. He also has three children from his first marriage.
