And the next day the mum of three was once again unleashing her inner Carrie Bradshaw. To go with her demure navy and cream ensemble, she'd picked out criss-cross summer heels that would no doubt have earned her the approval of TV's most famous shoe addict. The look was also jazzed up with a vibrant splash of cerise nail polish. Another of her shoe choices also caught royal watchers' eyes. These were ruched peeptoe pumps in the colour of the moment - nude - also with a towering heel. The dizzying array of footwear was unveiled on her official visit to Budapest, where the women are reputed to be among the most elegant in the world. Which may explain why Mette-Marit was determined to make such an impression.
