Spanish royal Xmas cards show adorable pics of Queen Sofia's grandchildren

King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia's grandchildren have taken on a starring role for the Spanish royal family's seasonal greetings this year.  The children of Infanta Elena, Infanta Cristina and Crown Prince Felipe appear prominently on signed Christmas cards, which can be seen on the family's website. The crown prince and his wife Princess Letizia pose with their daughters Leonor, four, and two-year-old Sofia in a family portrait. And it's clear to see just how much the little girls, who are dressed in matching blue dresses, have grown. Meanwhile it's easy to see the family resemblance between Infanta Elena and her children Felipe and Victoria – her two children with ex-husband Jaime de Marichalar. The snap for her card was taken in the summer, with both the siblings outdoors in short-sleeved t-shirts. Infanta Cristina's four children - Miguel, Pablo, Juan and Irene – look happy as can be in their photo. All three boys, who each have their laces untied are sporting mischievous grins. Meanwhile four-year-old Irene - leaning into her ten-year-old brother Juan - is dressed as a tomboy, wearing jeans and trainers.
