Princess Letizia's tender kiss for her sailor prince on Balearic break

Traditionally a sailor has a girl in every port. But this particular mariner only has eyes for one.

Prince Felipe, heir to the Spanish throne, couldn't have looked happier when his wife arrived in Majorca to support him during the Copa del Rey yachting competition, which he enters each year.

And, usually reserved in public, the couple even delighted onlookers by sharing a tender kiss.

Letizia had turned up hand in hand with their two adorable young daughters, Leonor, five, and four-year-old Sofia, both looking summery in outfits that matched hers.

Also there to cheer on the prince were his mother Queen Sofia, his sister Cristina, accompanied by her youngest daughter Irene, and niece Victoria, the little girl of their other sibling Elena.

Later that day, the family attended the traditional party for sailors, with the princess who usually favours more classic outfits, looking fresh and fashionable in pink jeans and a funky top.

The royal family, who are staying at their Marivent Palace, will attend a gala dinner next Friday and are expected to stay in the island until then.
