Peering tenderly into their newborn's pram on a stroll outdoors, Princess Victoria of Sweden and her husband Daniel couldn't look happier with life. The picture was taken by little Princess Estelle's uncle Carl Philip near the couple's home Haga Palace. So far all the images released of the baby have been family snaps – recent ones of her looking adorable in a cardie knitted by her great-grandmother were taken by Daniel himself.

And another picture of the Swedish royals leaving hospital with their bundle of joy looked just like a shot for their personal album. As they settle into their role as new parents, Victoria and Daniel have been delighted with the response of the public. In a statement on the royal family's website, they said: "We truly appreciate your support and that so many share our joy."
