As the royal couple arrived for a business reception at the Renaissance Hotel, they stopped to exchange a loving glance. Once inside, Mary – who looked stunning in a metallic effect dress – reached over to hold her husband of eight years' hand, proving they're still very much in love.
Denmark's future monarchs touched down in the South American country on Sunday, when they were met by locals waving Danish flags. Soon, all eyes were on glamorous Mary as she charmed her way through a cooking demonstration held as part of the 'Cool Denmark' lifestyle event. After Sao Paulo, the pair will move on to Rio de Janeiro where they will meet with The Brazilian Olympic Committee who are planning the city's explosive programme for the 2016 Games. Given that Mary and Frederik met during the Sydney Olympics in 2000, that particular engagement may well provide yet another poignant moment on the tour.
