Kate Middleton prepares for royal baby birth with yoga

Pregnant Kate Middleton is preparing for the birth of the royal baby with yoga classes, according to reports.Sources have revealed that the mum-to-be has been taking private pregnancy yoga sessions in preparation for the birth, which is expected in the next few days."Pregnancy yoga is great. I'd definitely recommend that to Kate," pregnancy guru Heidi Murkoff told HELLO! Online last month.

"A baby whose mum exercises during pregnancy is more likely to be born at a healthier weight. Of course this releases endorphins too and they can boost your mood and paradoxically give you more energy."The 31-year-old – who apparently wants to give birth naturally, unless nature intervenes — hopes to have her husband Prince William with her.William is said to be determined to make it to the delivery suite in the private Lindo suite in St Mary's Hospital, Paddington "by hook or by crook". This is the same place that William and Prince Harry were born.It's understood that the new dad will take two weeks paternity leave, as allowed by the Ministry of Defence.The baby will be delivered by Marcus Setchell, the Queen's gynaecologist.

While she doesn't deny herself, the Duchess is said to be incredibly disciplined in what she eats.In the build-up to her wedding, she was also linked to the Dukan Diet - her mother Carole is known to be a fan, alongside Hollywood A-lister Jennifer Lopez. The controversial eating plan is a variation of the high-protein, low carb Atkins Diet and is made up of four stages - attack, cruise, consolidation and stabilisation.
