Prince William receives a mini bike for Prince George at the NEC in Birmingham

Prince William accepted a mini bike for Prince George on Saturday when he attended Motorcycle Live at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham.

William was presented with the bike which was emblazoned with the royal coat of arms, George's insignia as well as that of his mum and dad.

The father-of-one beamed as he presented the bespoke motorcycle to the audience having spend the morning enjoy the sights of the industry event.




During his engagement at the NEC, William saw new model launches for 2014 and sat astride a new Ducati Diavel.

The 31-year-old was avidly interested in the new model as he currently owns a 1199cc Ducati.

William is a known to be keen biker, to the extent that Prince Charles once expressed concern about his son's intense interest in them.



While in Birmingham the Duke of Cambridge supported his beloved football club Aston Villa as they took on Sunderland at Villa Park.

The Prince, who previously vowed that George will also support the West Midlands-based team, was spotted in the crowd in a jacket and scarf bearing the team's badge.
