VOTE: Your favourite Princess Diana moment

In a life cut short far too soon, Princess Diana had many fun and wonderful moments which have caused her to live on in the hearts and minds of the public. Her 1981 wedding to Prince Charles was labelled at the time "the wedding of the century," and her first appearance outside St Mary's Hospital with the newborn heir to the throne, Prince William, in 1982 was caught in an iconic snap remembered even now.

Her philanthropy was just as momentous - most notably, the time in 1987 when she opened the first hospital unit in the UK dedicated to the care of those with HIV and AIDS, and shook the hand of a man with AIDS, without wearing any gloves. It was a ground-breaking gesture at a time when the virus was still widely believed to be spread by touch.

Another memorable occasion came in 1985, when she famously danced wtith John Travolta in a midnight blue gown at the White House Gala. But which is your favourite Diana moment? Click to vote...
