Prince Harry will present the Webb Ellis Cup to the Rugby World Cup winners on Saturday evening. The 31-year-old, who is the honorary president of England Rugby 2015, will hand out the trophy following the final between Australia and New Zealand at Twickenham stadium.

Harry will join World Rugby Chairman Bernard Lapasset and RFU President Jason Leonard for the presentation following what is set to be a gripping match, as the All Blacks strive to retain the title from their World Cup win in 2011.

The Prince has been a regular fixture at matches throughout the championship and spoke at the opening ceremony ahead on 18 September. He also made a cameo alongside Jonny Wilkinson, playing a gardener in a video shown as part of the spectacular entertainment.

Harry attended several games with his brother Prince William and sister-in-law the Duchess of Cambridge, née Kate Middleton, despite them having a hilariously fierce rivalry and supporting different teams.

William supports Wales as its future Prince, while his brother backs England. Although his team bowed out in the group stages, Harry showed there were no hard feelings and has continued to attend matches throughout the tournament. He also joined his grandmother the Queen to host a reception for stars from the competing nations at Buckingham Palace earlier this month.

Harry once again gave a short speech at the reception, where he described the tournament as one of "the most competitive and entertaining World Cups ever".

"This evening, we would like to thank all of you for making England 2015 such a successful and enjoyable tournament for everybody," Harry said. "You are helping inspire children of all backgrounds to get involved with the game we all love."

Following the end of the Rugby World Cup, Harry's attention is set to turn to the Invictus Games, which are heading to Orlando in 2016. The Prince made a one-day visit to the United States on Wednesday where he will meet President Barack Obama at the White House to promote the event.

He will also join Michelle Obama to meet wounded servicemen and women undergoing rehab at a US military base in Virginia.
