The Queen's 90th birthday celebrations will be taking place this weekend, and royal fans from all over the UK are celebrating in their own unusual, unique and wonderful ways.

From Queen-themed LEGO to elaborate sand sculptures, here are our favourite ways that the nation is celebrating Her Majesty's birthday…

The LEGOLAND birthday party

The LEGOLAND resort gave Her Majesty her very own miniature street party, complete with Buckingham Palace, rows of picnic tables and Union Jack decorations. The model used around 30,000 bricks and took about 650 hours to build.

The model Queen's birthday also has more than 600 LEGO figures in attendance, which represent the charities patronised by The Queen, who will be at the Patron's Lunch on Sunday.

LEGOLAND also made minature LEGO versions of the Royal family, from the Queen herself wearing a tiara adorned with 48 real, very small diamonds, to The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Eagle eyed viewers of the incredible model should also spot the Queen's great grandchildren, little Prince George and Princess Charlotte stood next to a couple of LEGO corgis, the Queen's favourite dog breed.

Madame Tussauds' street party

After a poll asked the UK public which stars should join the Queen on her 90th birthday celebrations, the waxwork versions of celebrities from the past and present including Benedict Cumberbatch, Adele and Madame Tussaud herself were among those to join the Queen's own waxwork at Madame Tussauds London's very own 'street party.'

Stood behind a table adorned with the perfect afternoon tea while decorated with Union Jack bunting, the waxworks figures appear to be celebrating the Queen's birthday (with Kim Kardashian taking a selfie of the group, of course!) The general manager of Madame Tussauds, Edward Fuller, said: "This weekend the nation will be throwing street parties to mark The Queen’s 90th Birthday and we really wanted to join in the fun by throwing Her Majesty her very own party here at the attraction."

90th birthday sand sculpture

Talented sand sculptor Mark Anderson is celebrating the Queen's 90th birthday with an incredible sand sculpture of her Highness with Prince Phillip on Weymouth Beach in Dorset.

The sculptures look incredibly realistic and are accompanied by a '90' sign in celebration of the Queen's landmark birthday.

John Lewis's window display

John Lewis outshone Oxford Street's decorations with their incredible front display. With a huge Union Jack projected over the front of the store to the lavish Union Jack flower arrangements in their window display, the department store has gone all out to celebrate Her Majesty's birthday.

Even the teddy bears in the shop windows are dressed with the Queen's Guard!

Moonpig's big birthday card

After completing research that 58% of Brits planned to celebrate a national event this year, Moonpig went above and beyond with the Queen's birthday card by having patriotic shoppers leave messages for her Majesty's birthday, then delivering the huge card to Buckingham Palace to wish the Queen many happy returns from the nation!
