“Congratulations if you’ve got a place in the Virgin Money London Marathon,” Harry opens the video.

“I hope the first-timers amongst you are more excited than scared!”

He goes on to invite runners to join the royals’ team: “William, Katherine and I would like to invite you to run with Heads Together… Together, we can start the biggest ever national movement to end stigma on mental health and change the conversation for everyone.”

Closing the video, the royal is seeing putting on a bright blue headband and descends into giggles.

Heads Together is a charity very close to the royals’ hearts. The trio recently made a joint appearance in London to mark World Mental Health Day, taking to the stage to deliver a highly impassioned speech at a Heads Together event.

"All of us know someone who has been through difficult emotional times, and we know how hard it can be to see a way forward," Kate told those gathered at the reception.

"William, Harry and I feel it is our duty to do what we can, with your help, to shine a spotlight on emotional wellbeing and highlight the support that is out there to prevent or manage the pain at difficult times."
