During the festivities Harvey handed his mobile to his granddaughter Lisa Epperly, and asked her to film what was about to happen.
The pensioner then bent down, grabbed his wife's hand and sang her a personalised version of Bing Crosby's classic Let Me Call You Sweetheart.

Mildred looked visibly moved as her husband crooned away, and even joined in at the last moment.
The couple married in 1966 after meeting at a cafe owned by Harvey's brother, where Mildred worked. They went on to have ten children together and they now have 35 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
"Everybody had tears in their eyes," said granddaughter Lisa
Of the surprise song, Lisa told ABC News: "Everybody had tears in their eyes and clapped when he was done. We've never heard him sing except in church."
She added: "[Grandma] just thought it was the sweetest thing and she said it made her heart happy."
Lisa has shared the video on her Facebook page and it has since received 27,000 views. "Grandpa serenading grandma...he's 92 and she's 90...50 years together and still in love...of course it made me cry ;)," she wrote.
