London's most enchanting ice rinks have swung open their gates to welcome adults and children alike onto the ice. The venue at Canary Wharf is always a popular hit, with its twinkling lights and decorations and the chance to sip mulled wine after your session.

The story of the nation's favourite nanny Mary Poppins is travelling around the UK and for 9 more days only the musical will run at the Bristol Hippodrome. Classics in the Courtyard
Classics in the Courtyard is back this winter and Hush Mayfair, the cocktail bar and top London dining destination, has been transformed into a winter retreat for film lovers. Guests can wrap up with bespoke Hush blankets and enjoy complimentary gourmet popcorn while enjoying films including Whiplash, Frozen, Love Actually, Elf, Breakfast at Tiffany's and more. A full a-la-carte menu along with a selection of winter warmers is also available from the outdoor bar. In addition, mixologists have created a cocktail menu inspired by the movies shown.

The Fragrant Supper Club
For three nights only, Hardys wine is hosting a series of unusual supper clubs where scent is just as important as taste. In The Fragrant Supper Club, diners will eat from fragrance-infused forks and feast on a five-course aromatic menu that is designed to awaken the senses. Each course will be paired with a wine from Hardys and diners will be able to see how scent can change the character of their tipple. The supper club, held in Dalston, will take place on 25 and 26 November and 3 December.

Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait Prize
Just opened at the National Portrait Gallery, the annual Taylor Wessing exhibition showcases the very best in contemporary portrait photography from around the world. Alongside informal images of friends and family, pictures of celebrities including Benedict Cumberbatch, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle, are on display.
