Sofia Vergara and her fiancé Joe Manganiello tied the knot on Sunday, and the lovebirds chose the luxury Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida for the romantic proceedings.
The luxurious, Renaissance-style resort, which has a private beach, is inspired by the Italian villas of the fifteenth century and played the perfect backdrop when the Modern Family actress and her handsome hunk said "I do".
The bride and groom exchanged vows in an evening ceremony at 6pm, under the gold-covered, hand-painted ceiling of the majestic Mediterranean Ballroom. A banquet for about 400 guests followed.
Entertainment came with performances by famous guests Marc Anthony, Thalia and Gloria Estefan.
One ballroom wasn't enough for the lavish affair – the after-hours party was spread across four adjacent ballrooms, and was scheduled to go on until 5am the next morning. "It's a Latin party, we go until late," the bride previously told E! News. "There's a party and an after party."
Guests – who included comedian Ellen DeGeneres, Jennifer Lopez and her ex Marc Anthony, as well as Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is a close friend of her fiancé Joe – were asked to wear gowns and tuxedos for the glamorous nuptials.
The fun kicked off on the Thursday ahead of the nuptials with a small reception on the private beach on the north side of the hotel. A welcome party took place on Friday evening, followed by a rehearsal and golf on the resort’s golf course on Saturday.
On Sunday afternoon, Sofia and the female guests headed to the Venetian Ballroom for hair and make-up. The bride prepared for her big day in the hotel's Imperial Suite, with her beloved close at hand in the suite next door. Twenty-five beach-side bungalows had been reserved for wedding guests on Saturday and Sunday.
