Located on a quiet, charming street off Avenue Montaigne (renowned for its fashion boutiques), the Hotel San Regis is a beautiful, typically Parisian hotel that has a veritable haute couture feel. But it's not the hotel's accommodation we want to tell you about - it's the restaurant.
We visited Les Confidences, the restaurant nestled in the beautiful hotel, and had to share our experience. Designed in the style of a winter garden beneath a majestic glass roof, the restaurant offers the perfect, elegant setting for an intimate dining experience or business meal.
There is foliage-inspired decor, with lush vegetation peppering the living plant walls and exquisite fabrics in soft sea-green tones.
This theme continues onto the plate, where Chef Christophe Lericolais rustles up light, healthy and flavour seasonal cuisine. A highlight was the plate of raw seasonal vegetables, and the truffle pasta coquilette.
It's a beautiful restaurant at the heart of the city of lights, and we totally recommend it.
