A few juices we were served included carrot, spinach, lettuce and courgette, beetroot, green bean, cucumber and lime and apple, fennel, lettuce and cucumber. There are three juices a day, plus an electrolyte broth in the evenings

The yoga shala provides total and utter relaxation, with an open wall overlooking the mountain scenery
