In the days leading up to Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright's highly anticipated wedding, dozens of bouquets of flowers were lined up outside Hengrave Hall, sending rumours aflurry that the lovebirds had chosen the Tudor mansion to celebrate their nuptials. Indeed, fans' suspicions were well-founded and the new Mr and Mrs Wright did head to the spectacular hall after saying "I do" at St Mary's Church in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk on Sunday 24 May.

Ahead of their wedding day, Michelle and Mark told HELLO! that Hengrave Hall was in fact the first venue the couple viewed after Strictly Come Dancing star Mark proposed. "We loved everything about it. It is beautiful and very historic, but when family and friends are there it will feel like our place," said the then bride-to-be.

In terms of the exact setting for their fun-packed weekend, Michelle and Mark may well have opted for the sun-kissed West Terrace for the drinks reception, followed by the Long Gallery, with its white timber panelling and crystal chandeliers, which makes for the perfect space for a sumptuous wedding breakfast.

The Dining Room, Library and Banqueting Hall all accommodate wedding parties but would have been out of bounds for Mark and Michelle's extensive guest list.
