Enjoy a royal break in Windsor:

Many of Her Majesty's official birthday celebrations are set to take place in Windsor, making it the perfect destination for a mini-break fit for a Queen. Enjoy a stroll along The Queen's Walkway, set to be opened by the monarch on her milestone day, and take in the sights that this historic town has to offer.

Make sure you stay at the MacDonald Windsor Hotel in the heart of the historic town. This residence sits opposite Windsor Castle, which will play host to four nights of festivities attended by the royal family in May.

From £122 B&B based on two guests sharing a room, windsor.gov.uk.

Have a truly English celebration at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire:

Take a trip back in time, Blackpool:

Blackpool Heritage Tram Tours will guide you around the sites of the seaside town in a 1930s tramcar before arriving at Fleetwood, where afternoon tea will be served.

The day out will culminate with a glass of Prosecco – a perfect way to toast the monarch.

Enjoy a Big Birthday Tea Party in the Isle of Wight:
