The Color Run

The nation's most colourful and fun 5km run is back for the summer, with the first taking place on Sunday 12 June.

Presented by Skittles, this entertaining race sees runners start with a white T-shirt and get covered from head to toe in a rainbow of colours at each kilometre of the course.

And because it's all about the fun, there's no pressure to run! You can walk, skip or dance your way to the end.

POP UP

Magnum Pleasure Store

The Magnum Pleasure Store is back! Earlier this week stars including Ella Eyre and Vogue Williams headed down to 56 South Molton Street in London where the new Magnum ice cream store has popped up.

Take your pick from dozens of toppings, including gold flakes and honeycomb crunch, and watch as your very own personalised, indulgent Magnum is made.

The store's specially trained Pleasure Makers will work their magic at the Dipping Bar and sprinkle your toppings over your chocolate-dipped ice creams, finished with a drizzle of chocolate.

Each creation costs £4.50 each. The London store is open daily until 13 September.

FILM

The Nice Guys

Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling star in this new crime comedy set in 1970s Los Angeles. Russell plays Jackson Healy, an enforcer who is hired to essentially hurt people, while Ryan plays a down-on-his-luck private eye.

The pair are tasked with finding Amelia Kutner but they soon find out the hard way that some dangerous people are also on the hunt for the missing woman.

Campo Viejo

Did somebody say floating bar? Campo Viejo are rocking into town with a special pop-up bar for four days only, starting from 9 June.

A floating bar, the Lake of Colour, will be installed at Clapham Common and offer oenophiles a home from home, where visitors will be immersed in all things Rioja.

As well as sipping on a glass of wine and nibbling tapas, guests can book into the Blend Your Own Wine masterclasses.

Popular band The Fontanas will also be making regular appearances, entertaining guests with their Spanish-inspired tunes.

Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction

Two fantastic Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction events are open to book lovers this June.

On Monday 6th, Kate Mosse will chair a panel of guests who will share personal stories and anecdotes about the books they love and those that have impacted their lives.

On Tuesday 7th, this year's shortlisted authors of the Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction will deliver readings from their novels ahead of the big winner announcement the following night.

EXHIBITION

Marilyn Monroe: The Legacy of a Legend

A new exhibition has opened at the Design Centre in London in honour of one of Hollywood's most famous icons.

Visitors will be able to see Marilyn Monroe's never-before-seen personal treasures and original costumes from her films such as Niagara and No Business Like Show Business.

Marilyn's journals and handwritten letters will also be on display, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at the actress' life.

The Gardening Society

The rooftop of John Lewis on Oxford Street has been transformed into a vibrant space The Gardening Society.

Each month three British restaurants The Dairy, B.O.B's Lobster and Shotgun will be taking over the rooftop and serving up its favourite dishes.

The "lawn" will play host to alfresco lunch spots, as well as various games and events throughout the summer.
