Discussing the hotel where she and husband Mark Wright stayed, Michelle wrote: "We were staying in a very Parisian styled hotel – the Shangri-La, and the best thing about it was running a hot bath in the bathroom, opening my window and seeing the iconic Eiffel tower all lit up in the evening. It was a real 'moment'."

Relaxing aside, the couple also paid a visit to the hotel's 'Secret Garden' bar, where they sipped on Beauty and the Beast-themed cocktails. "I enjoyed a rose cocktail in there and Mark had a cucumber whiskey cocktail which was served in a mug with fake grass and soil and on a tree trunk esque plate," Michelle explained. "Bizarre concept, but it worked!"

Mark and Michelle also paid a visit to one of Paris' trendiest restaurants L'Avenue, where they enjoyed views of the Eiffel Tower while sampling cocktails and traditional French cuisine, including Escargot. "To be fair, they didn’t taste bad, as they were SO garlicky (I love garlic) but while I was chewing I knew exactly what they were and I doubt I will have them again if I'm honest!" Michelle confessed.
