Jeff Brazier has taken his sons Freddy and Bobby on the holiday of a lifetime – visiting California over the school holidays. The life coach, who recently opened up about dealing with Jade Goody's death anniversary, has taken to Instagram to share some incredible photos from his family's trip. Jeff and his sons started the transatlantic visit in San Francisco, where they took part in all kinds of touristy activities.

The trio had clam chowder at Fisherman's Wharf, rode on a tram up the steep hills of the city and hired bikes to cycle to Golden Gate Bridge. Jeff, 37, appears to be having the time of his life with his sons. He's shared video clips and photos, including a particularly sweet selfie with his two boys, which he simply captioned with a love heart on Instagram. The family also went to their first baseball game at the AT&T Park, with Jeff admitting they "didn't have a clue what was going on for the most part". He added: "But it doesn't matter. We've done it now."

A highlight of their Californian adventure was also a visit to Yosemite National Park, where they went on a long hike and took in incredible views. "I love the outdoors & I think Bobby is inspired too," Jeff revealed. He also shared various selfies, writing: "Still absolutely buzzing off of yesterday. The most fantastic day at Yosemite. Never seen scenery like it."

Jeff's holiday album has proved a hit with fans, who were quick to praise the author for his parenting skills. Jeff's two sons are with his ex-partner Jade Goody, who sadly died from cancer in 2009, less than a year after being diagnosed. "It breaks my heart every time I see them boys," wrote one follower on Instagram. "I am a mum to 2 grown up kids and jade would have been so proud of them boys, well done Jeff." Another posted: "Boys are a credit to you. Their mum would be so proud."

Last week Jeff opened up to HELLO! Online about a new campaign he is working on with Dr Christian Jessen. The pair are raising awareness for a new vaccination, with Jeff revealing that Jade would have been alive if she had been vaccinated against the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) when she was in school. "Thanks to this campaign I've been able to have this conversation with my children, about sexual activity," said Jeff. "It's awkward and uncomfortable but I need to let them know of the risks and dangers out there when they do become sexually active.

"I've been having this conversation for years but now they are 12 and 13, Bobby especially, it will not be long before he is in a situation where something might happen and it's my job to make sure he knows exactly what he is getting in to and makes choices based on an informed knowledge. My job is to prepare them for adulthood and this is part of it."
