Flight Club has opened a new venue in Bloomsbury, cementing its place as the hot new activity bar of the capital. Re-imagining the traditional game of darts into a fast-paced multiplayer game housed in a stunning modern setting complete with beautiful carousel bar – darts has never been so glamorous.
Groups can book and "oche" for up to 12 players, and treat themselves to delicious pizza paddles and light bites. Craft beer, cocktail champion cups and party shots are on the drinks menu, with cocktail slushies playing to the fairground theme. The bar is a playground for adults, they even recently put on a performance with The London Ballet Company.
Blondies Kitchen Milk and Cookies
Blondies Kitchen have popped up in Selfridge's for this month only, offering diners a range of sweet treats. Following their success at their Old Street pop-up, Blondies will be bringing their signature Cookie Icon - two classic milk chocolate cookies sandwiched together with an outrageous honeycomb chocolate mousse - to Oxford Street. They'll also be introducing the brand-new Raspberry and Coconut cookie and Frosted Flakes cereal milk. Freshly baked daily by the blonde duo, the menu of six cookie flavours and three types of milk will be located in the store's Foodhall.

Just in time for Vegetarian Week, Balham-based restaurant Brother Marcus has created a series of veggie small plates. On the menu are grilled aubergine with chilli, beetroot hummus and sesame seeds, and halloumi with blood orange and pistachios among others.
The one-off menu stays true to the brand and contains fresh, largely organic, and high quality produce. And good news for sun-seekers, the restaurant has recently opened its garden for the warmer months.

Did someone say Gin Garden? The Gun restaurant in Canary Wharf has just opened its gin garden for the summer, offering a drinks menu with 31 different gins! The outdoor space, which sits right on the river, has a lawn complete with garden games and picnic baskets and of course, gin! They've also installed a marquee for when the British weather lets us down. This Fuller’s Kitchen favourite is set to become your new summertime staple.
Patty & Bun Richmond Road
Popular burger joint Patty & Bun are hosting special chef takeovers at their Richmond branch. On 15th and 16th May, the restaurant will say hello to Michelin-starred Swede Niklas Ekstedt, who will show off his culinary skills in the Patty & Bun kitchen. Expect dishes such as hay-flamed salmon, ember cooked beef and sour cream sorbet. More incredible chefs will be taking over the restaurant for the 'Family Style' event, so stay tuned!
Linda's Veggie Table
Truly embrace Vegetarian Week by pulling up a seat at Linda's Veggie Table. Run by Linda McCartney's, the three-day event offers meat-free eaters and meat-reducers the chance to tuck into veggie canapés and mocktails, while experiencing one of nine cookery demonstrations from Linda's expert veggie chef.
The event will be hosted by former Strictly Come Dancing star Jay McGuiness, who will be on hand to impart his veggie wisdom. Each session will be limited to 40 guests, so pre-book your £10 tickets.

After a stellar debut in Battersea, Masterchef semi-finalist Annie McKenzie is bringing her imaginative feast to east London for another magical retelling of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. Guests can expect cocktails and canapes on arrival, before tucking into the main event: an Elizabethan-inspired five-course meal. But that’s not all - throughout the night there will be perfectly matched tipples and exceptional entertainment.
Support Mental Health Awareness Week with the ten mile Walking out of Darkness charity walk around Battersea Park on Saturday 13 May. The event offers people to walk together in unity with those who are suffering with mental health difficulties and those who have lost loved ones by suicide. Registration costs £10 and walkers can fundraise for any UK mental health charity they desire.
