Buckingham Palace Family Festival
This Saturday 5 August, families are invited to explore Buckingham Palace where children will see the role of the palace and the royal family brought to life in a series of exciting events!
Children can try on the uniform of The Queen's Guards or dress up as princes and princesses and pose on a recreation of the palace's famous balcony. There will be fantastic storytelling sessions, arts and crafts activities, and opportunities for kids to learn how to harness a horse and sit in a model landau.
Meanwhile, dance and drama workshops will be held at the Queen's Gallery, where children can decorate their own Venetian masks among other activities.
