Kendall Jenner sells her Los Angeles home for £1million – take a look!

Kendall Jenner has sold her 'starter home' in Westwood, Los Angeles after six months on the market. The model sold the two-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment for $1.4million (around £1million), less than the $1.6million (£1.25million) she originally listed it for.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star bought the residence in 2014. According to property website Trulia, the condo is located in the luxurious The Wilshire building and features a spacious open-plan design, with amazing views across Los Angeles. As well as offering Kendall her own space after moving out of her mum Kris Jenner's Calabasas mansion, the property provided the 21-year-old with great amenities including 24-hour valet and security, a concierge and doorman, heated swimming pool and fitness room, along with a social room where Kendall would have been able to mingle with her neighbours.

The property has a spacious open-plan design with wooden flooring running throughout. The living area is filled with a large L-shaped sofa and chairs, ideal for if Kendall is entertaining friends or her famous siblings. The room has dual aspect views out onto trees and greenery, meaning it is a private space where Kendall can relax without being overlooked.

The kitchen and dining area leads off from the living room and is spacious enough for Kendall to seat up to six guests. The room has a modern and muted décor, with grey and metallic detailing running throughout the table, chairs and rug, plus a statement lampshade hanging over the dining table.

The kitchen has a separate slate tile floor and dark fitted cupboards and drawers, offering plenty of storage space for Kendall's kitchen essentials. A large breakfast bar sits in the centre of the spacious kitchen, while there is also a large oven, dishwasher and double fridge/freezer that Kendall can stock up when she's not too busy travelling with work.

At the back of the living room and dining area there is a separate desk and seating area next to the window. This could serve as the perfect space for Kendall's business meetings with her "momager" Kris, or to work on her Kendall and Kylie fashion collection with her younger sister Kylie Jenner.

Kendall's apartment has two bedrooms including this suite which has double windows and great views out onto the LA neighbourhood of Westwood. The bedroom is decorated in a similar white and grey colour scheme to the rest of the home, and has a double bed with draped curtains hanging around the outside.

Kendall's spacious 'starter home' has three bathrooms. This master bathroom suite is fitted with a free-standing bathtub and separate shower cubicle, with toilet and double basin area that has plenty of space for the model's beauty products and "glam squad" should she ever be getting red-carpet ready at this apartment.

Another of the smaller bathrooms in Kendall's apartment has a unique monochrome design with black and white patterned wallpaper and a white fitted suite and black tiled flooring. This small bathroom leads onto the living room area, while there is a further en suite bathroom on Kendall's guest bedroom.
