The Beckhams:

David and Victoria Beckham have taken their four children to Turks and Caicos for the New Year, where they watched UB40 perform during the celebrations at their luxurious island resort. The couple have been making their fans envious with photos shared from their exotic destination, with David appearing to get into the festivities by donning a feathered 'Happy New Year' headpiece.

Victoria previously opened up about her family's New Year's Eve plans, and admitted her children were "party animals." She told Vogue: "I love New Year’s Eve. We always spend New Year’s Eve with the children, and my kids know how to party. Last year, I mean goodness they stayed up so late, they really are party animals. It’s a good time to get a little bit dressed up and let your hair down, have some fun and just go for it."

Holly Willoughby:

"Going out of 2017 in style," Holly captioned this photo, and we can't help but agree! According to reports, the This Morning presenter spent the New Year in the Caribbean with her husband Dan Baldwin and their three children Harry, Belle and Chester, just a couple of weeks after they spent the lead-up to Christmas on a skiing holiday.

Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright:

Michelle Keegan saw in the New Year with her husband Mark Wright in Los Angeles, where he has a role as a presenter on the US entertainment show Extra. And the couple appear to be enjoying all that the city has to offer, including going for a hike together before watching the sunset. "Last sunset of 2017 stateside. Bring on 2018. Live, love, learn, grow, progress, stay healthy, happy new year x," Mark captioned this sweet photo on Instagram.

Rochelle and Marvin Humes:

The Maldives were the destination of choice for Marvin and Rochelle Humes, who welcomed in the New Year on the beach at the Kandima Maldives resort. Sharing a montage of photos on Instagram, Rochelle wrote: "A BIG Happy New Year from mine to yours. This man makes me happier than words so, my hopes for 2018 are to keep laughing the way we do."

Storm and Ronan Keating:

Ronan Keating also enjoyed a New Year's break in the Maldives with his wife Storm, their son Cooper and his three older children – Jack, 18, Missy, 16, and 12-year-old Ali. The Boyzone singer posted a lovely photo showing the six of them together at an underwater restaurant, with the caption: "Good days and great nights. Couldn’t be happier. Got my family around me loving life. Got everything I need. Truly blessed. #Family #Love #Keatings#Maldives #2017."

Alexandra Burke:

The Strictly Come Dancing finalist has jetted to Thailand for a sun-soaked New Year break with friends, courtesy of Booking.com. "We have just arrived in paradise. So happy to be spending #NewYearsEve in this beautiful place," Alexandra captioned a photo of herself on the beach with a glass of fizz.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas:

The celebrity couple have enjoyed the holiday of a lifetime with their children Carys and Dylan. After exploring India, a country Catherine says she had always dreamed of visiting, the family have since visited Cambodia, before moving on to Hong Kong where they celebrated the New Year together.

Myleene Klass:

Myleene Klass has been having fun in the sun at an exotic holiday destination. As well as sharing this photo of herself frolicking under a waterfall, the radio presenter also shared a photo of her two daughters looking at a "Goodbye 2017" sign lit up on the beach. "Bye 2017… Happy New Year y'all," she wrote.

Elton John:

Elton John and his husband David Furnish spent the festive period in Aspen, Colorado, with their sons Zachary and Elijah. While David shared a couple of photos with his sons on the slopes, Elton proudly showed off his statement Boxing Day outfit – a Gucci cape featuring patchwork prints of wild cats.

Pixie Lott:

The singer hit the slopes in Val d'Isere with her fiancé Oliver Cheshire and their friends ahead of the New Year. After a long journey to reach their destination, Pixie took the opportunity to reflect on her year in a lengthy Instagram post, before telling fans: "2018 for me, will be the year of music and love".

Paris Hilton:

Paris Hilton is among a number of famous faces celebrating the start of 2018 in Aspen, Colorado. The reality TV star has been joined by a group of friends including Sofia Richie, at the ski resort, where they watched a firework display on New Year's Eve.
