Shanina Shaik unveiled a brand new style for the Givenchy show

The look was the deft handiwork of her hairstylist Eduardo Bravo. “Shanina’s haircut is actually a long wig that I cut to her mid-neck with bangs just touching the brow,” Bravo told Hello! Fashion, “The inspiration was a ‘French Girl Bob’ with bangs. It’s a perfectly imperfect haircut that can have texture and also be worn smooth. We decided to style the hair with volume on the ends and flat roots for the Givenchy show.”

He then explained that he used products from Austrian vegan haircare brand Less is More. “I started with the Earl Grey blow dry spray and with a Mason Pearson brush, I flattened the roots so that there was no volume,” he says.

“After this stage the hair was smooth and flat. Then I added the Elderflower Salt Spray and some Evian Mist to the ends and scrunched them to bring out the natural wave. I used a diffuser to dry the ends while using cover clips on the roots to keep them flat. Once dry, I used my fingers to break up the texture with Lavender Smooth Balm. I then used a GHD curling iron to add irregular texture, curling the hair clockwise and counterclockwise on the top layers to create the desired texture.”

“I finished with Thyme Lacquer sprayed on my hands and then smoothed the product with my hands over the hair. Et voila! The final look!”
