Our Digital Editor explains what went into the spectacular event…
“I’ve always been passionate about interviewing female founders, and when Mark’s Club approached us to host their Female Entrepreneurship Breakfast I jumped at the opportunity. Especially when we found out about the stellar panel they had lined up. In order to shine a light on these amazing women I wanted to tell their founder stories…”

“Eshita Kabra-Davies witnessed the first-hand effects of textile waste during her honeymoon to her motherland Rajasthan, India, she immediately knew that something was wrong with one of her passions in life: fashion. Determined to transform the way we consume fashion, Eshita launched By Rotation, the world’s first social fashion rental app, in October 2019. Users or Rotators can rent and lend their designer fashion directly with each other, thereby creating a community of sharers.”
“Hope Smith is the founder and CEO of Mutha, a luxury skincare brand. After becoming an aesthetician and founding a medical spa in 2004, Hope expanded her passion for skincare by creating Mutha. A mother of four of four children , Hope is also active with organisations that help the most vulnerable, including international medical core that educates midwives in areas of high infant mortality.”
“As former Executive Fashion Director at British Vogue, Serena has created sold out events and written countless style and fashion edits for Vogue magazine and various media sites. She has also worked for Vogue US, Giorgio Armani and Marc Jacobs. Collagerie, which she co founded alongside industry icon Lucinda Chambers is your shortcut to style. It expertly curated the best of fashion, interiors, beauty and lifestyle. They celebrate shopping at every price point, bringing you an innovative way to discover things you’ll love.”
