For Hollywood A-listers, major character transformations just come with the territory. And actress Nicola Peltz appears to be taking her most recent part in her stride, blonde bombshell wigs and all.

The 27-year-old has heartily embraced her latest role in Hulu's new miniseries Welcome to Chippendales, in which she plays 1970s siren Dorothy Stratten.

The star has been super busy recently promoting the show, and that includes a stylish red carpet moment or two. Just last week we were lusting after her white sleeveless midi dress by Miu Miu, the sartorial equivalent of Old Hollywood glamour.

Inspired by the book Deadly Dance: The Chippendales Murders, the drama, which is available to stream now, tells the story of Somen 'Steve' Banerjee the founder of Chippendales, played by Kumail Nanjiani. Nicola stars as Dorothy Stratten, a Playboy Playmate who was killed by her estranged husband Paul Snider.

The 27-year-old looked totally staggering in her portrayal as Dorothy, thanks to the show's top quality glam squad that helped Nicola get into character and capture her all-American, girl-next-door spirit.

Donning a dazzling lurex pleated cami dress and the most striking chain pendant, Nicola showed off the fruits of both award-winning screen makeup artist David Williams and hair stylist Barry Lee Moe's labours.

Exuding a certain doe-eyed sultriness via soft smoky liner, Nicola also sported bouffant blonde locks and a sweeping central fringe to emulate Dorothy.

And now to further appreciate their handiwork by binging the series…
