After getting a glimpse of Lily's cosy New Year’s celebrations on social media, we knew it wouldn’t be long before she’d return to her ever-glamorous agenda. And just like that she’s back already, nailing a look she so effortlessly channels – old Hollywood glamour.
Lily James posted a video to her Instagram starring in Charlotte Tilbury’s new campaign for its ‘Hollywood Glow Glide Highlighter’ product, but her radiant make-up wasn’t the only thing to make her glow. The Cinderella star was the epitome of opulent in a champagne coloured gown from luxury wedding designer Galia Lahav.

The ‘Elise satin champagne wedding dress’ complemented Lily’s elegant look with its shawl neckline, corset design and asymmetrical straps giving a super flattering silhouette.
What would the Golden Age be without a side parting styled with neatly waved tresses? Lily’s then-strawberry blonde locks were given the quintessential vintage hairstyle with one side tucked behind her ear, allowing her embellished dangle earrings to have their moment. Dangle earrings are a bijouterie style we are welcoming back into style with open arms – Kate Middeton and Meghan Markle both wore a similar pair last month.

Of course Lily’s ensemble was completed with a luminous make-up look courtesy of Charlotte Tilbury. In her social media caption Lily said: “[...] This was so much fun to shoot (as always with Charlotte!) – Charlotte has perfectly captured that Hollywood Glow ✨.”
Celeb-adorned brand Galia Lahav has dressed some of the best for their glamorous weddings, including Beyonce for her vowel renewals to Jay Z in 2019, and Paris Hilton for her first dance with husband Carter Reum in 2021. Other fashionista’s donned the Israeli brand for non-nuptial related events before Lily – Jennifer Lopez wore a stunning beaded jumpsuit to perform on New Year’s Eve in 2019, and our homegrown pop queen Rochelle Humes presented 2022’s BAFTAs in a bewitching lace dress.

Lily is set to star in the Italian drama Finalmente l'alba this year – a movie based on a glamorous 1950’s actress. If this campaign is anything to go by, she will play the part down to a T (or G, for glamour…).
