Sabina Elba is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to a sultry-chic dress code. From body-hugging silhouettes to satin sleeveless dresses and of course, that white corset bodice dress she stole the show in at Cannes in 2022, the actress and co-founder of S’able labs often braves the red carpet in daring looks, yet remains effortlessly sophisticated whilst doing so.
Victoria Beckham’s eponymous line is therefore a match made in heaven for Sabrina. The wife of Luther actor Idris Elba stunned in a VB SS23 look that is slowly becoming one of her eponymous line’s signature outfits.

The 34-year-old wore the Sleeveless Circle Draped Dress in a sky blue colourway. The colour-block satin gown boasted a subtle cut-out above the waist, feminine frills across the front and a daring exposed back. The asymmetric hemline amps up the sophistication, whilst the side pockets gave the look a touch of cool.
Dopamine dressing was the agenda for the look as Elba paired the dress with pinkish suede court heels, whilst her tresses were perfectly sleek in 2023’s hairstyle of the moment – the bob.

Victoria shared the image of Sabrina on her Instagram profile saying “@SabrinaElba you look so good wearing #VBSS23!!”
The fashion designer gave us a full view of the reverse of the dress when she wore her own stellar creation last week whilst “lounging round the pool”. VB paired the piece with her label's siren red 'Jasmin' knee highs – does anything say Victoria Beckham like a midi dress and sock boots?
We saw the look on the runway during her first Paris Fashion Week show in September 2022, and she wore her self-designed dress for a girls night with Eva Longoria last month saying: “This is one of my favourite pieces from my new season collection”.
VB’s undeniably chic label is a go-to for the fashion set, and is the perfect paring for Sabrina Elba.
