Julianne Hough showed off her toned legs in a fall-inspired outfit featured in a new picture.
The dancer took to social media to share her OOTD featuring beige tailored mini-shorts, a white turtleneck, black knee-high leather boots, a floor-length beige trenchcoat, a burghandy crossbody bag, dark shades and a sleek bun.
She donned the chic outfit during a fun night out to see Davide De Perro perform on October 11.
Julianne Hough's workout routine
Julianne puts in the consistent work to maintain her fit figure. She revealed to Self: "A lot of people are like, 'Man, you're so busy, how do you fit it in?' But that's my key thing: I don't 'fit' it in, I schedule it in."
If she happens to have an extra busy week and can't schedule in any time, she does mini workouts instead.
The performer added: "My favorite thing to do is, like, little five-minute bursts. If I can't work out, I'll just find somewhere to do five minutes of something. It's just about being active." The star begins her mornings with a workout that energizes her for the day.
She expressed: "It sets the tone for the day for the rest of the day. But I would not say that I'm a morning person, though. It takes everything that I have to get out of bed." She mixes up her sweat sessions with a blend of strength training and cardio.
Julianne explained: "It makes me feel more centered and balanced. And I like hot yoga because it really stretches me out."
She added: "I'm a high-energy person, so I really like those high-energy, sweat-it-out workouts…Because I'm high-energy, yoga kind of just grounds me. It makes me feel more centered and balanced. And I like hot yoga because it really stretches me out."
Julianne Hough's diet
As for her diet, the dancer focuses on her protein-intake to make sure that she not only fuels her workouts, but maintains her muscular gains.
She explained to Eating Well: "Protein for me is honestly key. I work out, I dance, I'm active, so that's definitely a need for me for my recovery. But for anybody, it's what we need in our daily diet. Other things that I like to eat that are high in protein are salmon or chicken, well-sourced. And I'll pair that with some Japanese sweet potatoes, asparagus or sometimes I'll do cauliflower."
Julianne concluded: "I really enjoy a healthy meal that is either locally sourced or farm-to-table. It just feels like I'm feeding my body so well and feeling so fueled."
