Despite the turmoil in her life at the moment, Katie Price was on stunning form as she arrived back in London on Thursday night ahead of crisis talks with her estranged husband Peter Andre. The brunette model, looking tanned and toned in a canary yellow mini dress returned from the Maldives, where she has been staying with children three-year-old Junior and Princess Tiaamii, two, for the past week.

Katie - aka Jordan - was due to meet with her former pop star husband on Friday – the day of her 31st birthday. But the talks were unlikely to take place at the couple's £3 million mansion – after the model has had the mansion's security alarm code changed on and Peter's belongings removed from the property.

Peter was spotted visiting his lawyers on Thursday to discuss what he should do about the custody of his children. "He loves his kids and the idea he might have limited access is breaking his heart," a pal tells the Sun. There is a very large financial aspect for him to consider, but all he cares about is the children."

While some reports say he has been advised to go for full custody to ensure he at least gets at least shared custody, others claim he will go for a joint agreement. He's also expected to request the right to keep up regular contact with Harvey, seven – Katie's son with footballer Dwight Yorke
