Just weeks after Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner filed for divorce, it has been reported that the father-of-three has moved out of their family home. In newly surfaced images, removal trucks can be seen taking Ben's belongings and moving them to another address. A source told E! News: "He found a house close by. They are both excited for the next step and they are happy that they have two loving homes for the kids."

Ben Affleck has moved out of his family home

It was revealed last week that the former Hollywood couple filed the divorce papers together and want joint legal and physical custody of their three children, but the division of any property and spousal support is yet to be decided. It is believed that Jennifer and Ben didn't have a prenuptial agreement, so the earnings they made during their marriage will be split equally unless decided otherwise. The stars, who were married for over a decade, are proud parents to three children, Violet, 11, Seraphina, eight, and Samuel, five.

Ben and Jennifer announced their split in June 2015 after ten years of marriage. Confirming the news in a statement, they said: "After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time. This will be our only comment on this private, family matter. Thank you for understanding."

Meanwhile, during a recent appearance at AutFest Q&A, Ben confessed that he would like his children to wait until they are 18 before any of them decide to follow in their famous parents footsteps. He said: "I love being an actor, I got into it as a child and I wouldn't change that. But I also wouldn't want to take my kids and push them out there before they were 18. If they are 18 and they want to make those choices and do that kind of thing, that's fine. But being a child actor, I just know too much of the downside of what that can be like."

"I had some great rewards, and I probably wouldn't have made it as an adult had I not built up that body of work as a kid, so it's a strange thing. My kids would be good in the school play. If they can handle that, they're in good shape," he continued. "You know you have to have a certain thickness of skin in this business because success and failure, as a performer, are really two sides of the same coin."
