The launch of the James Bond screen franchise in 1962 required something sinister, something special.

Joseph Wiseman, aka Dr. Julias No, emerged from the shadows.

He was Half-Chinese, half-German and totally deranged.

This evil physician's dexterity with toxic chemicals cost him both his hands, leaving him with metal digits and quite the chip on his shoulder. 

Plan A for Dr.No was taking over the world using US spaceships. Sadly, he had to settle with a plan much further down the alphabet – boiling in roasting, radioactive water.
