ANGELINA'S TOY TREATS FOR MADDOX AND ZAHARA

2 FEBRUARY 2006

After pit stops in London and Switzerland, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have moved on to Berlin with their brood. The 30-year-old beauty was pictured doing a spot of shopping with Maddox, four, and one-year-old daughter Zahara. Like any doting mum the Oscar-winning star was keen to treat her adopted kids to some fun and had headed to a nearby toy store for a browse.

The couple are in the German capital ahead of the city's film festival, which starts next week.

As well as taking in the sights - they were spotted at the Jewish museum and the Imax theatre on Monday - the photogenic twosome are also interviewing possible architects to design a new home for them. Brad and Angelina have had meetings with Lars Kruckeberg and Wolfram Putz - the creative minds behind the mansion the Troy star shared with ex-wife Jennifer Aniston.

Until recently the Lara Croft actress maintained a home in Buckinghamshire in the UK, but is now in the process of selling it. "Although they both love Europe, America is where they earn their livings," said a source close to the pair. "Besides, Malibu is a great place for kids, with the beach and open space on the doorstep."
