Amanda Holden has proudly shown off her beautiful baby girl, ten months after the birth that left her fighting for her life. The Britain's Got Talent beauty remained in a critical condition in hospital for three days after welcoming little Hollie Rose back in January. And since that difficult delivery, she has largely kept her little lady out of the spotlight.

But now Amanda has been photographed cuddling up the gorgeous tot to help promote a baby charity campaign. She has been pictured with Hollie to highlight a special project backed by Unicef and Pampers helping to cut the number of newborns suffering from tetanus.

Tetanus is a life-threatening condition that threatens the lives of some 130 million women and newborn babies in 33 countries.

But the Pampers/Unicef collaboration has already led to its elimination in eight poorer countries, including Ghana and Uganda.

The nappy giant is donating the cost of a tetanus vaccine for each specially marked pack which is bought, and for each baby picture uploaded by parents to the Pampers Facebook page.

And Amanda could not be prouder of her association with the life-saving project. "it's fantastic to see how the efforts of mums everywhere have made a significant difference already," she said. "But it's also a reminder that women and babies around the world are still at risk and continue to die needlessly from a disease that can so easily be prevented."
