Sarah Harding has confirmed that her former Girls Aloud bandmate Cheryl Cole is moving to America. Cheryl is heading Stateside with her boyfriend Tre Holloway is a bid to try and crack the US."I'm going to miss her," Sarah said. "But I'm probably going to go out there at some point this year so hopefully we'll catch up then. Tre is lovely." News of Cheryl's departure comes amid reports that Simon Cowell is hoping to get her back on the US X Factor. In 2011, she was famously axed from the show after just three weeks - but now music mogul Simon is trying to win her back, perhaps prompting her move across the Atlantic.

Of course Cheryl won't be the only member of Girls Aloud living the American dream; Nadine Coyle has been living in LA since 2007.The northern Irish singer made headlines recently, when she announced she had no part in Girls Aloud's decision to split, saying she had wanted to girl group to keep going. And now Sarah has addressed those claims, saying she had no idea Nadine felt that way. "I was unaware she even felt like that," Sarah told Look magazine. "At no point did she try and stop us, so you'd have to ask why she did that. I have to respect her decision. "Despite that, the blonde star insisted reports of a rift with Nadine are wide of the mark. "Of course it worries me there are reports of fallouts between us, because its upsetting to our fans," she added. "We wouldn't be where we are now without their loyalty," she said.

"We've just had eight weeks of being together non-stop, so it's nice to have a break, she said of Girls Aloud's farewell Ten tour. "It's like being sisters — after a while you feel a bit suffocated.

"It was so nostalgic being back together and it was good, but it did feel like the right time. We can't go on forever."

With her girl group days behind her, Sarah is now focused on the future — and her solo career. "I'm so frighted of being up there on my own," the star admitted. "I can't even fathom the idea of it yet. Don't get me wrong, when I was younger I'd get up and do a few numbers in a pub gig, but that's very different to Wembley Arena."
