Justin Bieber cleared up doubts about his health after it emerged he collapsed backstage at his latest concert.  "Getting better," he told his legions of Twitter fans. "Thanks for everyone pulling me thru tonight. Best fans in the world. "Figuring out what happened. Thanks for the love."

Justin fainted backstage on day 3 of his Believe Tour at London's O2 arena. He left fans for 15 minutes but managed to finish his set after being given oxygen. While the star was out of action, his manager Scooter Braun came out to update the audience on his condition, saying: "Justin got quite light of breath. The whole show he's been complaining, he's backstage with the doctor. "They're telling him that they want him to go see somebody and see what's going on with his lungs. "But he has just told me that if it's okay with you guys he's going to come out and finish the show. Alright?".

Justin's health scare is the latest incident to distract from his show-stopping London gigs. On opening night, he apologised for disappointing young British fans who missed out after he appeared on stage two hours late. Explaining his delayed arrival on Twitter he said: "Last night I was scheduled after 3 opening acts to go on stage at 935 not 830 but because of some technical issues I got on at 10:10. "There is no excuse and I apologise for anyone we upset. However it was great show and I'm proud of that. "I never have any intent to upset or let anyone down. And I'm not okay with things being exaggerated. Once again sorry for anyone upset."
