US audiences best know Helen, whose career was launched on Cardiac Arrest, from her performance as Ross' British fiancee on Friends. In the UK, however, she solidified her popularity as Rachel Bradley in Cold Feet. In 2003, when the show ended, she announced plans to take a break from acting in order to spend more time with her family.
