For years viewers sympathised with every twist and turn of Kacey Ainsworth's wretched Walford existence as part of the Slater family. After leaving the Square in May 2006, the London-born actress signed up to guest star in Hotel Babylon as a hardnosed tabloid editor in search of a scoop, as well as appear in a BBC police drama. In her private life London-born Kacey has enjoyed rather more luck than her soap alter ego. She is in a relationship with partner Darren Hale, with whom she has a daughter, Blossom.
