Famous for: Playing cockney Knight Bus driver Stan Shunpike in Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban

Burnley-born actor Lee hasn't been out of work since his first major TV breakthrough in 2000 BBC miniseries Nature Boy, which he followed up a year later with a haunting portrayal of Smike in The Life And Adventures f Nicolas Nickleby. As well as one-off roles in popular dramas from Hustle and Fat Friends to The Bill, Lee's had cameo parts in feature films Ever After, as Gustave alongside Drew Barrymore, and in Master And Commander. More recent TV projects include such diverse portrayals as bullying husband Sean O'Neill in The Street and lovable Mole in The Wind In The Willows. He also put in a critically acclaimed performance as DS John Bacchus in BBC crime series George Gently and memorably played John Simm's dad Vic Tyler in the final episode of Life On Mars.
